Ridiculously Long Download Time for Update

I play on PC and the update terminal night was slightly over 21Gb. It took just over iii hours to complete the download which is a long time for a file that size. I have decent internet (Spectrum 100 Mbps) and other downloads that size accept a fraction of the time.

Is there any style for Ballsy to improve optimize downloads?

Thanks for the explanation, Ill have to wait into getting an NVMe stick to increment future update speeds. I have noticed the odd system of download/read/write which I accept never seen on other Apps like Steam or Blizzard.
